Hotel Buyouts

Whole hotel buyouts are for those interested in booking the whole upstairs of the building for one or more nights.  Buyouts include all 4 suites, 2 bunk rooms, exclusive use of the upstairs deck and pre-arrival concierge for events or groups. 

Whole hotel bookings must be approved before the booking is confirmed, please send us a request form to get in touch and learn more.  They are invoiced on one bill and must be paid in advance. If your party wishes to pay or book independently please see “Room Blocks” for more information.

Buyout rates are based on length of stay and discounted for 2+ night bookings.  One night buyouts are charged an additional cleaning fee.

Room blocks

We offer Room Blocks for groups or wedding parties who wish to hold rooms but whose guests will be paying independently.  Room Blocks are different than hotel buyouts.  A temporary hold will be placed on 2 or more rooms for your party.  Room Blocks are held for up to 30 days or up to 60 days for bookings more than 6 months in the future.  After 30 days, room block holds will be released and any rooms that were not reserved will be available for general booking. Please send us a request or visit the booking portal to check availability.

Meeting or event day rental

Our suites make beautiful spaces for meetings, workshops, bridal suites and small conferences of up to 6 people.  We have several layout options to accommodate gatherings.  Day rental suites can be booked up to 7 days before your requested date based on room availability.  Rooms rented for day use are for designated purposes only.  For interest in renting Zadie’s Bar or downstairs patio, please contact Zadie’s Market.
